Anti-racism witnessing session for Indigenous staff
April 19, 2021
In 2020, President Ono reaffirmed our commitments to the Indigenous Strategic Plan as well as our institutional commitment to inclusion, and called for the acceleration and intensification of efforts to build a more inclusive campus community. Over the past year, we held listening and witnessing sessions with community members to hear their experiences at UBC.
If you are an Indigenous staff member at UBC Vancouver, we invite you to attend an upcoming witnessing session with Santa Ono. We will provide you with a link to an online survey to share your experiences anonymously. This session will be facilitated by IndigenEYEZ co-founder and facilitator, Kim Haxton.
