Improved process for facilities-related service requests

Dear colleagues,
As we prepare to return to campus, your faculty or unit may require support with activities ranging from updating interior signage to moving furniture and planning renovations needed to accommodate new hires.
To streamline the request process, you can now enter all your facilities-related service requests in one location within the existing Archibus work order system.
This change expands the system use from maintenance-only requests to include facilities planning and construction service requests. Telephone and email requests will be phased out over the next month as we transition to this new process.
