A message from Dale Mullings, Associate Vice-President, Students, UBC Okanagan
Dear colleagues,
As we prepare for the return of students in September, I would like to share a number of important updates to student services on campus.
Effective August 1, 2021, the Associate Vice-President, Students (AVPS) portfolio has undergone a restructuring of several units and roles to better align teams with shared strategic objectives and fulfil our shared responsibility towards the university’s vision, purpose and values.
In addition to the AVPS structural updates, several services located in the UNC will be in new locations when resuming in-person services this fall. For more information about AVPS unit locations, modes of service delivery, contact information and hours of service, please refer to students.ok.ubc.ca/contact.
Given the scope of this change, note that the required updates to websites, building signage and other pieces will be rolled out in phases over the next few months.
