What's the best advice you ever received?
"Enjoy your work, but family and health must always come first. Without the first two, there is nothing else." We're always trying to find a balance between work and life. While I like to work hard, and gain a lot of satisfaction from my job, I like to think I work so I can live, and not the other way around.
What is your favourite quote and why?
“A moment of patience in a moment of anger saves a thousand moments of regret.”
― Ali Ibn Abu Talib
It's just really good advice for inside and outside of work!
What do you do regularly to invest in your mental and/or physical health?
Lately, I've been *trying* to read more... though I find it difficult with the amount of easy distractions there are these days. I love film – especially sci-fi – and I always watch the latest popular films shortly after they come out. I enjoy hanging out with my wife and our baby girl Maddie – the recharge I get from one of my daughter's smiles goes a long way every day.
