Tips on how to digitally declutter this December

With many faculty and staff transitioning to remote working and teaching in 2020, there has been an increase in emails exchanged and files shared. Privacy Matters @ UBC and the University Records Management Office offer tips and strategies to help you and your team declutter digital files during December. 

During this month, work together as a team to clean up transitory email records, purge and organize shared files to increase efficiency and reduce storage costs.
