Cam Gray appointed Interim Associate Vice-President, Communities of Expertise, Human Resources

I am pleased to announce that Cam Gray has been appointed Interim Associate Vice-President, Communities of Expertise (COE), Human Resources, effective January 8, 2024.
The Associate Vice-President, COE, provides innovative leadership to a portfolio responsible for UBC-wide workplace strategies relating to: compensation, total rewards, benefits, pensions, health and wellbeing programs, workplace learning and engagement, leadership development and coaching support.
Prior to his appointment as Interim Associate Vice-President, Cam was Executive Director, HR Operations. In addition to taking on this new leadership role, he will continue to lead the HR Operational Excellence department within Central Human Resources.
Further information on the search for an ongoing Associate Vice-President, COE position will be shared in the near future. In the meantime, please join me in congratulating Cam on his new interim role.
