From UBC to Paris: Supporting athletes at the 2024 Olympics

The 2024 Olympics takes place in Paris from July 26 to August 11. Along with the 10,500 athletes, a team of 45,000 volunteers is needed to make the world’s biggest sporting event a success. 

Among the volunteers heading to Paris are two faculty members and a staff member from UBC, each playing a vital role in the success and well-being of the athletes.
