Invitation to participate in the Intercampus Air Travel Survey

June 28, 2021

In March, the university announced the development of the Climate Action Plan 2030 (CAP 2030) for UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan, aimed at implementing strategies that will result in emissions reductions from UBC’s core operations by 2030.

As part of this initiative, you are invited to participate in the Intercampus Air Travel Survey for faculty and staff if you’ve ever travelled between the UBC Vancouver and Okanagan campuses since January 2019. The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of travel between the two campuses and explore different ways in which travel could take place as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. The results from this survey will help inform UBC’s CAP 2030.

The survey is open until July 9.
