2022 Celebrate Learning Week
This message was sent to executive, deans and other senior academic leaders, academic heads, directors and managers, and senior professional leaders in Vancouver and the Okanagan.
March 16, 2022
UBC’s 13th annual Celebrate Learning Week will take place from May 9-13. This year’s theme is Promoting Inclusivity and Accessibility, and we’d like to encourage all to take part by attending and/or hosting an event.
Celebrate Learning Week is an opportunity to recognize all the hard work, talent, and teaching and learning achievements at UBC. Throughout the week, UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan will be working together to host a series of online and in-person events, including open lectures, information sessions, student advising activities, poster sessions and workshops.
Call for contributions
If you are interested in hosting an event, we’re inviting contributions that demonstrate accessible and effective learning spaces for all students; equity, diversity and inclusion; student experiences; open educational resources; and wellbeing.
Please submit your event before noon on Wednesday, April 13 here.
We look forward to your participation in the 2022 Celebrate Learning Week as we highlight UBC’s innovative and diverse learning opportunities. For more information, visit https://celebratelearning.ubc.ca/.
