Inform the future of federal research support in Canada

November 14, 2022

The Government of Canada has convened an advisory panel on the structure and governance of the federal research support system, with particular focus on the relationships among the federal research granting agencies (NSERC, SSHRC and CIHR) and the Canada Foundation for Innovation. 

You are invited to share your thoughts and provide input to the advisory panel via a questionnaire or written submission by Dec. 1.

    Grants worth $300 are available for faculty and staff in Vancouver and the Okanagan who wish to host events that promote mental health during November, which is Thrive month at UBC. During the annual, month-long mental health initiative the UBC community is encouraged to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health.
