Where to get support when Workday is live

October 6, 2020

A new Integrated Service Centre (ISC) has been created to support you once Workday goes live for HR and Finance on November 2.

The ISC will provide faculty and staff with day-to-day support, helping to answer questions about Workday. The ISC team will be able to assist you with issues such as access, errors, and functionality.

You’ll be able to access support through the ISC by:

  • Using the self-serve searchable knowledge base online
  • Submitting a ticket and tracking your request online
  • Calling an ISC representative over the phone
  • Connecting with an IRP Learning Rover

The telephone number for the ISC will be made available closer to the launch of Workday.

The ISC will be available to provide ongoing support for Workday inquiries from November 2. Working together with other support functions across the university, the ISC will work with you to ensure that you have the support that you need post launch.
