Researchers are invited help inform the future of research data management at UBC

October 29, 2021

UBC is developing an institutional strategy for Research Data Management (RDM), and all researchers are invited to attend four themed focus group sessions on a specific funding agency or topic.

RDM practices cover the entire lifecycle of the data, from planning the investigation to conducting it, and from backing up data as it is created and used to long-term preservation of data deliverables after the research investigation has concluded. Forming an effective strategy that aligns with the Tri-Agency Policy on RDM, UBC’s strategic plan and the UBC Indigenous Strategic Plan requires input from the research community.

Share your insights and priorities to help inform the future of RDM at the university.
