Share your feedback on the proposed business expense rules by Nov. 1

Faculty and staff are invited to review the new business expense rules that have been proposed to support UBC's business expenses policy and procedures, and share your feedback by Nov. 1.
As a public institution, UBC aims to use its resources in a reasonable, appropriate and financially prudent manner. To support this goal, the UBC Board of Governors has approved an updated Business Expenses Policy and Procedures, which are expected to come into force in early 2022. To operationalize the new policy and procedures, UBC is implementing a new set of rules for the incurring and claiming reimbursement of expenses. All members of the UBC community are invited to review the proposed rules and provide their comments.
